Service Description
We utilize a red light pad to target specific areas of concern for you or another pet as an add on to the hour-long full body session already booked for your fur baby. Red light therapy promotes healing and relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. You can reach us by email at info@polltopastern.com or through the contact form at polltopastern.com. Because our sessions are mobile and require travel to your location, late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session rate. We understand that life happens — if an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
