Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Because our sessions are mobile and require travel to your location, late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session rate.
