    We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our light therapy devices.

    What’s Covered:
    This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

    What’s Not Covered:
    Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, animal interference (e.g., chewing, stomping), or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this warranty.

     

    Satisfaction Guarantee (60 Days)

    If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, we’ll accept returns for a refund.

    • Items must be in like-new, resalable condition for a full refund.

    • If items are used or damaged, the cost to replace individual components will be deducted from the refund.
