Canine Acupressure Class - Separation Anxiety

Does your do bark or whine when you are leaving the home? Does he want to be by your side constantly? Your dog may be experiencing separation anxiety! Acupressure can help keep your pup calm and confident to be alone. We will show you points that you can use to connect with your pup and let them know its okay to be alone. 

Acupressure uses gentle touch to specific points on the body to help balance the chi in your dog. You may be wondering what chi is and the benefits acupressure has for your dog. Well, we would love to help you learn and understand these terms during this awesome class with your dog!

We have a certified practitioner who will be teaching this class! Bring your four-legged best friend to learn beneficial points and where they are located in a slow guided class! Think of this class as a doggy spa day! Your dog will thank you!

The class will start with some basic knowledge of acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Then we will demonstrate locations and benefits of the points. During the demonstration, you will be able to look for the points on your own dog. Acupressure is non-invasive and only requires gentle touch to the points. The instructor will be with you the whole time if you have any questions or help finding the locations.

All participants will receive 20% off coupon for your pets first acupressure or red light therapy session. 

This acupressure class is held outside at Sara May's Gourmet in Indian Trail, NC. Class date is Saturday September 11th at 9am. Please bring a towel, yoga mat, dog bed, what ever you would like to sit on with your pup as we will be on the ground outside! We will be under the shade of trees and we may set up 10x10 tents to sit under if we expect it to be a little sunny.
