Acupressure for Dogs in Training

Have you ever wondered what you could do to help your dog trainer? We teach you amazing acupressure points that can help your pup become calm, confident, focused and increase his/her memory (to remember all the new things he/she is learning!). Acupressure uses gentle touch to specific points on the body to help balance the chi in your dog. You may be wondering what chi is and the benefits acupressure has for your dog. Well, we would love to help you learn and understand these terms during this awesome class with your dog!

We have a certified practitioner who will be teaching this class! Bring your four-legged best friend to learn beneficial points and where they are located in a slow guided class! Think of this class as a doggy spa day! Your dog will thank you!

The class will start with some basic knowledge of acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Then we will demonstrate locations and benefits of the points. During the demonstration, you will be able to look for the points on your own dog. Acupressure is non-invasive and only requires gentle touch to the points. The instructor will be with you the whole time if you have any questions or help finding the locations.

All participants will receive 20% off coupon for your pets first acupressure or red light therapy session. Our practitioner will be available after the class if you would like to do a session for your pet (please book in advanced if possible!).

This acupressure class is held at Pet in the City on Monroe Road in Charlotte, NC. Class date is Sunday, May 16th at 11:30am. Only a limited amount of tickets will be sold for this date. We may be outside for this class, so please bring something to sit on with your pet (dog bed, yoga mat, blanket, etc.). If we are inside, please bring your mask as well. This class is non-refundable.
